Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 24, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your access to and use of the FaithPrompt.ai Library (the "Service"), provided by Scott Kline, an individual sole proprietor trading as FaithPrompt.ai ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The product
The FaithPrompt.ai Library is a downloadable digital collection of written prompts intended to support Christian ministry, study, and personal practice. The product is delivered electronically as one or more files via a secure download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
3. Authority and accuracy
You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract, and that any information you provide (including your email address) is accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your purchase, including safeguarding your download link.
4. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Library for your own personal, ministerial, or internal organizational use. You may adapt prompts in your own writing, sermons, study guides, and ministry workflows.
5. Restrictions
- You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Library or substantial portions of it as a standalone product.
- You may not republish the Library in full as your own work, or include it in a competing prompt collection for sale.
- You may not circumvent technical limits, share your download link publicly, or attempt to bypass payment.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in unlawful activity, fraud, spam, or harassment.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Generate content that is hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence.
- Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security of our systems.
7. AI-assisted use and your responsibility
The Library consists of text prompts intended for use with third-party generative AI tools. You are solely responsible for the prompts you choose to use, the inputs you provide, the outputs you generate, and how you use those outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or theological advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs and applying your own pastoral, theological, and editorial discernment before publishing or acting on them. You must have the rights to any content you submit as input.
8. Intellectual property
The Library — including its selection, arrangement, structure, tiering, category framework, copy, and branding — is owned by Scott Kline and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Outputs you generate by using prompts with third-party AI tools are subject to the terms of those tools.
9. Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that download delivery, our website, or any AI tool the Library is used with will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Payment, billing, and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service or any download link if you materially breach these Terms, share or misuse your download link, attempt to defraud us or Paddle, or pose a security risk to our systems or other users. On termination, your licence to use the Library ends.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Library in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scott Kline and FaithPrompt.ai from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Library, or your use of AI outputs generated using the Library.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scott Kline is resident, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
