For nearly 30 years, Scott worked in institutional finance — helping organizations make long-term decisions with billions of dollars at stake. Every decision required clarity, discipline, and alignment.

Over time, he noticed something deeper: many leaders were succeeding externally while feeling misaligned internally. Eventually, he felt it himself. Success was clear. Calling was not.

Today Scott serves as Executive Director of Strategy, Finance, and Technology at Grace Polaris Church, and founded Deep Rooted Believers to equip marketplace leaders to live and lead with alignment and purpose.
